I gladly accept returns and exchanges:

  • Contact me within: 5 days of delivery
  • Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery

I don't accept cancellations once I've started making your item, But please contact me if you have any problems with your order. The following items can't be returned or exchanged Because of the nature of these items and due to COVID, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items that have been used

If you would like to cancel, please do so as soon as possible.Due to most items being made to order, If your item has already been made, there will be a 20% cancellation fee, This policy also applies to ALL returns where the shop owner is not at fault.Please Note: When creating custom orders, I do my best and work hard to ensure that you are happy with your custom order before I ship it out. Because of this, I cannot accept a return or exchange of custom orders, unless it is defective due to my error. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Address Errors

Please be careful when entering your address. If you accidentally enter your address incorrectly, I cannot guarantee it will ship out correctly


Once your item is in USPS' hands, it is out of my control how long they take to deliver or if they delivered correctly. Buyer accepts this risk with purchase
